Within its main location at the heart of Yerevan, Dave offers modern & spacious rooms alongside facilities including an elegant restaurant & bar with LIVE music, two outdoor cafés, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a relaxing pool & spa, and a conference hall for events ranging from business meetings to special celebrations. Notable for its Balcony Suites with striking city views of the Cascade Complex as well as Mount Ararat, Dave is honored to help create timeless memories & limitless experiences for all guests.

The second location, in the woodlands of Dilijan, is scheduled for opening in 2022.

"What a lovely hotel, my experience was incredible! The staff were extremely accommodating and welcomed me late at night after my 18 hour flight. I initially chose this hotel for its close proximity to Cascade and was not disappointed. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable. The pool and spa were very relaxing and it was a much needed vacation. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends."

"If I need a hotel in Yerevan, I will definitely stay at Dave Hotel again. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed using their pool, sauna and fitness studio. My favorite parts of breakfast were the fresh fruits, coffee, and teas. I was allowed to check out later and appreciated their flexibility. I forgot some clothes in the closet and was able to easily get them back hours later. Thank you for making my stay such a pleasant one."
